Final Sale Return Policy

ETA Seoul operates on a Final Sale basis. All items are sourced on-demand from Korea after your order is placed. As a purchasing-agent model, we are unable to maintain return inventory.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

By placing an order, you agree that items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This includes reasons such as:

  • Item does not fit as expected
  • Color appears different than on screen
  • No longer wanted
  • Changed mind after ordering

Defective or Wrong Items — Full Refund Covered

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the product description, we provide a full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

To report a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact customerservice.etaseoul@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include order number + photo evidence of the issue
  • We will provide a prepaid return label (DHL / FedEx)
  • Refund processed within 7 business days of item receipt

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the laws of your jurisdiction. The following rights prevail over our Final Sale policy where applicable:

  • European Union / United Kingdom: 14-day cooling-off period applies (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU · UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You will bear the direct cost of returning goods.
  • Norway: 14-day withdrawal right under Angrerettloven §21.
  • Taiwan: 7-day rescission right under 消費者保護法 §19.
  • United Arab Emirates: 5-day return right for defective goods under Federal Law 15/2020.
  • Australia: Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
  • Singapore: Lemon Law rights (6-month defect presumption) are not affected.

Shipping Costs

Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable for Final Sale items. For defective or wrong item returns, we cover both outbound and return shipping costs.
