Returns & Refunds Policy (Updated 1st Feb 2026)

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, based on the tracking status marked as “Delivered.”

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


2. Return Request & Authorization (Required)

  • Customers must contact customerservice.etaseoul@gmail.com or Channel Talk within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The order number must be included in all inquiries.

  • For defective or incorrect items, clear photos are required for verification.

  • All returns require prior authorization from ETA SEOUL.

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Reasons & Shipping Cost Responsibility

① Change of Mind

  • Returns due to customer preference are accepted only if the eligibility conditions are met.

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The original outbound shipping fee of USD 29 is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

② Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, customers must contact us first via email or Channel Talk with photos attached.

  • After internal review, ETA SEOUL will determine whether a return, replacement, or refund is applicable.

  • Returns sent without prior confirmation may be rejected.


4. Return Shipment (Important)

  • Return shipments must be arranged by the customer and shipped only via DHL or FedEx with full door-to-door tracking.

  • International return shipping fees may range from USD 50 to USD 100 or more, depending on package size and volumetric weight.

  • Customers are solely responsible for confirming the final shipping cost with the courier before dispatch.

  • Returns may be rejected if shipped using an incorrect method, without tracking, or if courier issues occur.


5. Customs & Declared Value

  • The declared value of return shipments must be under USD 90 to avoid customs clearance in Korea.

  • If customs clearance is triggered, the package may be rejected and the return will not be processed.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To receive a different item, customers must return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


8. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the USD 29 outbound shipping fee will still be deducted.


9. Refunds

  • The USD 29 outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


10. Important Notice

  • Due to high international return shipping costs and strict customs requirements, international returns may not be cost-effective.

  • By submitting a return request, customers acknowledge and agree to all conditions stated in this Returns & Refunds Policy and the Shipping Policy.
