All orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in South Korea via international express couriers such as EMS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination country and service availability. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the courier name and a tracking number. You can track the delivery status through the courier's official website.
Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated after shipment due to courier processing times, especially during peak seasons or public holidays. We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding Korean national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We offer shipping with region-based rates per order, regardless of the number of items.
Shipping fees do not include duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions:
Customs inspections or delays with local courier services may extend delivery times. Such delays are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the respective authorities or carriers. If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed and returned to the sender, we are not responsible for reshipping costs. In such cases, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes after order placement may not be possible once the item has been shipped.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the shipping cost paid at checkout does not include import duties, VAT, or any other local customs charges. Upon arrival in your country, your package may be subject to customs clearance procedures. Depending on local regulations, your local customs office may require payment of applicable duties or taxes before releasing the package for delivery.
These charges are assessed and collected by the destination country's customs authority, and the customer is solely responsible for settling them. We are not able to estimate or collect these fees on behalf of the customer. If a package is rejected or returned due to refusal to pay duties or taxes, any return shipping or customs handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We cannot mark packages as “gift” or declare lower values.
Packages refused due to customs fees may incur additional charges.
